Selection process
*Selection process starts after submission of online application form. There are many steps in this selection process, details of all steps are given below.
Application Verification: After submitting the online application form, the application form is verified by the authority. If there are no mistakes in the application form and all the details are correct then the application form is accepted. But if there is any error in the application form like uploaded photo and signature is not clearly visible, forms filling details are incorrect etc... Then that application is rejected. And the reason for cancellation of that application is informed to the candidate by mail to his registered e-mail id.
All India Entrance Examination: Candidates whose applications are accepted they are eligible to participate in the Entrance Examination. There are various processes and stages of entrance exam, like... Written Examination/Computer Based Test/Group Discussion Examination: In this phase candidates will be selected through Written Exam or Computer Based Test or Group Discussion Exam (Online/Offline). This exam will be of total 100 marks. The subjects are English, General Knowledge, General Intelligence, Current Affairs and Math. Each subject carries 20 marks for questions. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. To pass the first level of the entrance exam, the candidate must obtain at least 60 percent marks in each subject and 60 percent or more in total. Personality Test: Candidates whose qualified are ‘All India Entrance Exam’ they are eligible to participate in the Personality Test. There are various processes and stages of Personality Test like Computer Based Test / Interview / Group Discussion Examination. This exam will be of total 100 marks. The subjects are Psychology and Reasoning. Each subject carries 50 marks for questions. One mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. To pass the second level of the Personality Test, the candidate must obtain at least 60 percent marks in each subject and 60 percent or more in total. Then candidates can proceed to the next step. Final Merit: This merit list will be published based on the marks obtained in the Personality Test.
Document Verification: Document verification will be done by Online / Offline for all candidates who qualified the final merit list.
Course Joining: After completing all the above selection process, training center list is provided to the candidate for training at the nearest training center. After that, the list of educational institutions selected by the candidate's choice is sent to the authorities. Similarly a reporting letter is issued for joining the training institute of the candidate's choice. (Course/Training Joining Letter sample copy: Click here)
Placement Joining: after the candidate has completely successful the specified course, he is again given a reporting letter to join a permanent placement.
